LOKNI has made it all the way to the very peak of the Jeseníky Mountains. From now on, you can fill up with filtered water right on Praděd, at an altitude of 1,491 meters above sea level — and we’re incredibly proud of that.
Praděd is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the country. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people come here — families with children, cross-country skiers, hikers. And they all have one thing in common: at some point during their trip, they need to refill their water.
That’s why we placed a modern LOKNI filtration station on Praděd, offering fresh filtered water — both still and sparkling. You can find it directly inside the transmitter tower.
The reason is simple: tourist areas have long struggled with large amounts of plastic waste. The more visitors, the more PET bottles end up in bins — or worse, in nature.
With LOKNI, visitors can refill their reusable bottles at any time of the day. No bottled water, no single-use plastic.
